An order from Leway follows an elaborate plan in which we interact closely at each stage. From concept to delivery, we want to meet your requirements in full. At the same time, we guarantee smart and affordable solutions.

At our first meeting, we listen to your needs and wishes. Based on this, we create a draft for a tender which you will approve of before it is sent to our colleagues at our office in China.

In China we search for the best possible solution in terms of supplier, quality and price. Within a week, you will have a ready tender for the whole order. After the tender is accepted, you will receive in the near future a number of product samples before you definitively approve the order.

An order with us takes between 45-60 days depending on the product and quantity, during this time, our team on the ground in China continuously follow production development. We ensure choice of materials, colors, tailoring, printing, durability and wear as well as many details. In this process nothing is left to chance.

Your shipment can be sent by air, sea or rail, depending on your preference. We ensure that the products arrive in time and in original condition. It is also possible for you to provide your own transportation.

Upon ordering you pay 30% of the cost the final 70% when the goods are sent from the factory in China. Costs for duty and sales tax are paid when the shipment reaches port in Sweden. In all, this comprises three separate invoices.

After final delivery, we evaluate your opinion of our cooperation. For us, it is essential to meet your requirements at all stages, from product quality to communication in business. We set up a personal meeting to hear your to limit your paper work and further our understanding of your views.
